You need to have either an internet connection (of some description) and it needs to have fast enough upload speed to ensure the images arrive for processing so you get back the results in a timely manner. We can supply you a stand-alone secure WAN connection directly into the seeo cloud environment.

Events can turn up in your seeo instance within 20 minutes or up to 24 hours later depending on the complexity of the scene, the rule being analysed & how much footage is recorded.

seeo will send you an email when there is events you should look at. Many Customers make a habit of checking every morning to make sure they remain on top of events so they can manage them in a timely fashion.

You view the clips (what seeo calls cultural artefacts) directly within the seeo website. The video is the recording of the actual event that seeo believes is incompatible with your desired H&S culture. If we wish to view events leading up to the seeo clip, those remain on your security recorder for review at your convenience.
